Mr Mann is an independent podiatric surgeon, who ihas trained in Britain and America. He mainly consults in the Medwyn Centre in Dorking with The Advanced Footcare Group. He has been in private practice for 25 years.
Mr Mann’s surgical specialty is in sub-talar arthroereisis for the treatment of acquired flatfoot, but he also has a special interest in clinical biomechanics and gait analysis, particularly in relation to skeletal malalignment management.
He is a Fellow of The College of Podiatric Surgeons, a member of The International Society of Biomechanical Engineers, The Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists and a member of the Society of Expert Witnesses. He has written papers and presented to learned societies over the years, the most recent being the AIP Italian Conference 2009 on The Complications of Diabetic Foot Surgery. Mr Mann’s research interests include clinical biomechanics and the surgical correction of adult acquired flat foot deformity.

After over 40 years as a podiatrist in private practice Mr Marlor has joined the Advanced Footcare Group, specialising in palliative care of the elderly foot, his vast experience and knowledge will benefit the many patients who require routine care, footwear advice or the provision of insoles.
Mrs Hemsley graduated from the Edinburgh School of Chiropody in 1985. Building on her experience in the NHS she developed a successful private practice in Edinburgh. During this time she developed an interest in sports podiatry, which culminated in being part of the podiatric support for athletes at the Commonwealth Games and both the Glasgow and Edinburgh Marathons.
Since moving to Dorking Audrey has continued her private practice whilst raising her family. She is looking forward to developing the Advanced Footcare domiciliary service to local people bringing the highest standards of foot care in their home environment.
Mr Nigel Jackson set up the Podiatry Centre in 2004 and in that time has built up a reputation for providing a good quality comprehensive chiropody/podiatry service to local residents as well as developing links with other local clinicians and is pleased to be able to offer laser treatment for a number of foot problems including:
Pippa Taylor BSc (Hons) MChS
Pippa qualified from the University of Huddersfield in 2008 and has since worked in private practice in Warrington and also developed a busy private practice in Stockport. Pippa provides all types of foot care but specialises in biomechanics and musculoskeletal podiatry and has a particular interest and understanding of sports, people and sports medicine. Pippa is a competitive runner, cyclist and sailor and has represented Great Britain at a number of World Cup sailing events as well as winning various national sailing competitions.
Since moving to Dorking from Manchester, Pippa has joined the Advanced Footcare Group and is looking forward to continuing to provide a high standard of biomechanics and sports injury rehabilitation in Surrey.
Natalie Tanner
Natalie graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Podiatry in 1999 from Brighton University. Following this she worked for 4 years in Israel concentrating on the diabetic foot in the community.
She returned to the UK in 2003 to pursue a career in Podiatric Surgery. She completed her PG Cert in Theory of Podiatric Surgery from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh in 2009.
She has gained valuable experience in this field as well as treating all aspects of foot pain, of working in London, Walsall and Portsmouth. She currently works in Brighton in private practice and a part time NHS position for Solent. She has been working with the Advanced Foot Care Group since 2008 with a main interest in surgery, biomechanics and the painful foot in both the chronic and the acute phase.
